La matita tacco dodici di Paola Lomuscio
La passione per la moda unita all’arte. È così che nasce Pau. Per mano della sua ideatrice, Paola Lomuscio. Nero su bianco, insieme a tanti colori, Pau indossa alcune delle più rappresentative creazioni delle maison di moda. Da Giorgio Armani a Giambattista Valli sino a Valentino, passando per Missoni, questo piccola modella su carta sta conquistando il web. Un personaggio semplice, ma al tempo stesso accattivante, col valore aggiunto della simpatia. È una nuova tappa del percorso di Paola Lomuscio. La disegnatrice pugliese ha infatti già raggiunto traguardi internazionali. A cominciare dalla stampa fotografica del suo ritratto di Bruce Springsteen che fa parte della collezione permanente “The friends of Bruce Springsteen Special Collection” della Monmouth University nel New Jersey. Il suo ritratto Frank Sinatra, invece, è stato selezionato per una mostra collettiva sul cantante all’Ateneo Jaqués in Spagna. Nel 2017, poi, arriva la prima pubblicazione: il volume di illustrazioni “Io e la mia matita”, seguito, l’anno scorso, dal secondo libro, “Io e la mia matita – parte 2”. Insomma, è un legame indissolubile quello che la unisce al mondo dell’arte, così come al suo personaggio Pau. «Tutto ha avuto inizio un po’ per caso – racconta – tra un disegno e l’altro. Pau, come me, ama disegnare e adora i colori». Da questa passione sono nate già alcune collaborazioni, come quella con Amadine, Raffaella La Rocca luxury brand di Salerno e Justmine di Oleggio. E su come raggiungere gli obiettivi futuri, ha le idee chiare Paola Lomuscio: «Ci metto il cuore – dice – e tanto impegno ogni giorno».

Passion for fashion combined with art. This is how Pau was born. By the hand of its creator, Paola Lomuscio. Black on white, along with many colors, Pau wears some of the most representative creations of fashion houses. From Giorgio Armani to Giambattista Valli, passing through Missoni, this little model on paper is conquering the web. A simple character, but at the same time captivating, with the added value of sympathy. It is a new stage in Paola Lomuscio’s path. The Apulian designer has in fact already reached international goals. Starting with the photographic print of his portrait of Bruce Springsteen which is part of the permanent collection “The friends of Bruce Springsteen Special Collection” at Monmouth University in New Jersey. The portrait of her Frank Sinatra, on the other hand, was selected for a group exhibition on the singer at the Ateneo Jaqués in Spain. Then, in 2017, his first publication arrives: the volume of illustrations “Me and my pencil”, followed, last year, by the second book, “Me and my pencil – part 2”. In short, it is an indissoluble bond that unites her to the world of art, as well as to her character Pau her. “It all began a little by chance – she says – between one drawing and the next. Pau, like me, loves drawing and adores colors”.
