Tutti i sogni di Ariel che diventano realtà nel nuovo live action Disney
“Una storia estremamente moderna, incentrata su una ragazza che si sente fuori posto e vede la sua vita in modo diverso rispetto a tutte le persone che la circondano. Descrive così il nuovo live action Disney “La Sirenetta” il regista Rob Marshall. “I temi contemporanei che questa storia esplora mi sembravano un antidoto alle divergenze del mondo, poiché ci ricordano che tutti noi siamo un’unica realtà”. “Era importante trovare una location che fosse in grado di comunicare l’epicità e il dramma di cui la storia aveva bisogno – spiega Marshall – la Sardegna aveva tutto quello che ci serviva: acque azzurre e cristalline, un litorale spettacolare, scogliere scoscese, fortezze, vaste spiagge e strade di campagna”. Un nuovo successo firmato Disney con un cast stellare composto da attori di talento tra cui Halle Bailey nel ruolo di Ariel, Jonah Hauer-King nel ruolo di Eric, Noma Dumezweni nel ruolo della Regina e Art Malik nel ruolo di Sir Grimsby, con Javier Bardem nel ruolo di Re Tritone e Melissa McCarthy nel ruolo di Ursula. Nella versione italiana, è invece il cantautore Mahmood a prestare la voce al personaggio di Sebastian.

This is how director Rob Marshall describes the new Disney live action “The Little Mermaid“. “The contemporary themes that this story explores seemed to me an antidote to the world’s divergences, as they remind us that we are all one reality”. “It was important to find a location that was able to communicate the epicness and drama that the story needed – explains Marshall – Sardinia it had everything we needed: clear blue waters, a dramatic coastline, craggy cliffs, forts, vast beaches and country roads.” A new Disney blockbuster with an all-star cast of talented actors including Halle Bailey as Ariel, Jonah Hauer-King as Eric, Noma Dumezweni as The Queen and Art Malik as Sir Grimsby, with Javier Bardem as King Triton and Melissa McCarthy as Ursula. In the Italian version, the singer-songwriter Mahmood lends his voice to the character of Sebastian.
